This ability was mentioned in the April Fools' Day patch 7.8.0 notes: "Luminescence renamed to something that's an actual word."

Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Now requires level 25 for both specializations (was level 20 for Retribution).
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Redesigned.
Previous effect: When you are healed by an ally, up to 5 allies within 40 yards are also healed for 20% of the amount.
