Loremaster of Pandaria is a meta quest achievement that is part of the meta-achievement   [The Loremaster]. It requires the player to complete the storylines in each new zone in Pandaria. Unlike the other quest achievements, number of quests completed no longer count for quest achievements in Pandaria, and the character must finish the story lines listed for each zone.
