Lordaeron's Blessing is a world buff applied by interacting with an altar at the Northpass Tower in Eastern Plaguelands while it is under control by the player's faction.
It increases health by 5% in Eastern Plaguelands, Stratholme, and Scholomance. It originally functioned in Naxxramas as well, but in World of Warcraft: Classic the buff disappears upon entering the raid.[1]
