Lordaeron's Blessing is a world buff applied by interacting with an altar at the Northpass Tower in Eastern Plaguelands while it is under control by the player's faction.
It increases health by 5% in Eastern Plaguelands, Stratholme, Scholomance, and Naxxramas. However, with World of Warcraft: Classic, the buff disappears upon entering Naxxramas.[1]
