Lokhor is the first mate of Gharga aboard the Blood and Thunder.[1] When the Blood and Thunder moved from their position but didn't begin fighting against the Alliance, Lokhor was confused as to why they moved at all. Upon questioning his captain he was informed that it was essentially a scare tactic to leave the Alliance quaking in their boots as they technically sailed in Horde waters.
