Lil'Abom Right Hand is found near a Prime Scout at ^{[37.9, 62.7]} inside the Woeful Cavern on the Face of Oblivion during the  [60B] Necrolord Assault on the Maw. Combine the other four parts to create the  [Lil'Abom] pet.
