Lightning Cloak

The cloth of this blue cloak is threaded with hair-thin strands of copper, giving it a metallic sheen in the sunshine. When the command word is spoken, sparks of electrical energy dance across the cloak's surface. Any creature using its body or handheld weapons to attack the wearer of this cloak while it is activated suffers electrical damage. Those using metallic weapons suffer additional electrical damage.
