- Craft a legendary piece of equipment with the Runecarver.
Legendary Accord is rewarded for crafting a Shadowlands legendary item with the Runecarver in Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
At minimum, players must have unlocked the Runecarver (
[The Forgotten One]), returned a memory to the Runecarver (
[It's Coming Back to Me...]), collected 1250x 
[Soul Ash], and the required base item and secondary stat items.
