The box drops via personal loot from the Kor'kron Dark Shaman encounter in Siege of Orgrimmar. It cannot be bonus rolled. It can also be found on the Black Market Auction House with a starting bid of 15,000
.
During Pandaria Remix, players can purchase three non-class-bound cosmetic variants of 
[Ensemble: Kor'kron Shaman Vestments] for 2,500
