Keg-Shaped Treasure Box drops from Coren Direbrew during Brewfest once a day for players who have not reached level 110. For level 110-and-above players, he drops the 
[Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest] instead.
The only difference between the two items is that this one will not contain the mounts.
