Monkey King has questions, Wikket should have answers.

If the Monkey King's image despawned before you were able to pick up this quest, simply return to Tian Monastery and talk to him there. Once you've picked it up, meet the Monkey King at the Jade Temple Grounds, near the Meeting Stone for the temple dungeon.
