Journal Entry: Experiments is found at [59.7, 64.9] inside a broken tower at Talonlords' Perch in eastern Forbidden Reach. It begins 
[70] Journal Entry: Experiments, one of the criteria of 
[While We Were Sleeping].
After turning in the quest, players can read the stone at the 
[Translated Journal of Adamanthia] tome in front of Azurathel and Cindrethresh. It reads:

Failure! Again!
A hundred and one dracthyr have been released from stasis. Yet in each experiment, the subject eventually regains all memory and retains none of their former mental conditioning.
It is becoming increasingly clear: what has been done cannot be undone.
