Inkmaster Solia is a blood elven member of the Kabal, one of the three crime families active in Gadgetzan in the Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion for Hearthstone.
Solia is the one responsible for creating the distinctive magical tattoos worn by members of the Kabal, which not only marks one's dedication to the organization, but can also serve as a handy nightlight or a massive reservoir of power in a pinch.[1] She apparently also runs a business by the name of "Inkmaster Solia's Tattoos" on "1818 Gadgetzan Way".[2]
