Improved Defensive Stance was a warrior Draenor Perk, available as early as level 92, though it was not guaranteed to be acquired until level 98.
Trivia
- During development, this perk was called Improved Unwavering Sentinel. It was effectively the same as Improved Defensive Stance, since
[Unwavering Sentinel] would pass the armor bonus along to [Defensive Stance].
Patch changes
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. 
Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Now also decreases damage taken by 5%. - Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now increases armor by 10% (up from 5%).
