Idol of the Heckler teaches the [Berserk] rune for belts.

In order to use this item, you must kill 5 enemies while taunted by [Challenging Roar]. These kills will only count if two or more enemies are taunted.

Find the Beastly Effigy near the entrance to the Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles, and use Challenging Roar on it to summon Zai'enki. Kill it to get the Idol.
