Hurricane is a ranged bow weapon with additional Frost damage. It was the fastest high level bow pre-TBC, but for this reason was looked down on by Marksmanship hunters due to its low peak damage.

Patch changes
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stat squish. 
Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19): This weapon was not dealing the listed frost damage. That listed frost damage has been replaced with a chance to trigger a damaging frost effect.
