Highly Explosive Yaungol Oil can be found in Highly Explosive Yaungol Oil Barrels all over Fire Camp Gai-Cho in the Townlong Steppes. They can be used while on a flying mount as a ground-targeted area of effect spell to attack mantid and yaungol at the Gai-Cho Battlefield below the mesa.
