High Scholar's Arcana was available for purchase from The High Scholar's Pack through 1 September to 31 October 2023. It will appear no sooner than three months after October 31 in the Trading Post.[1]
While not provided with the set, the 
[High Scholar's Grand Staff] is a weapon that matches the set and is also available through the Trading Post.
