The Hidden Cache can be found in the Valley of Trials in Durotar.[43.2, 69.6] It contains the 
[Rune of Shadowstrike] for rogues or [Rune of Victory Rush] for warriors.
Notes
Head to the area with Sarkoth and start carefully jumping on the rocks at [42.11, 69.16] until you reach the Hidden Cache.
