The Helsworn Chest is found at [69.2, 45.2] in Desmotaeron of the Maw. One of the 
[Treasures of Korthia] (though it's in the Maw...), the chest is guarded by a Stygian Punisher.
It contains 3-5x 
[Relic Fragment], ~7-9 uncommon-quality anima items (35-45 anima), and a 
[Stygic Cluster], worth 250 
[Stygia]. Unlike other Treasures of Korthia, this chest can be looted daily.
Tracking quest
To check whether the chest was looted today, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(64256))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the chest was looted today; "false" indicates the opposite.
