Grounding is a tinker gem in Pandaria Remix. It can drop from any creature, be contained in a 
[Cache of Infinite Treasure], or the 
[Asynchronized Tinker Gem], purchased from Lidamorrutu for 300 
[Bronze], has a chance of creating this gem.
