Patch changes

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. Existing items converted into  [Charred Glyph].
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now requires 3  [Celestial Ink] (was 3  [Jadefire Ink]) and 200 Inscription (was 180), and is taught by  [Research: Celestial Ink] (was Inscription trainers).
  
• Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now only removes damage-over-time effects that would cause Blind to break. For Rogues that also have the [Dirty Tricks] talent, this means Blind will no longer remove the Rogue's poison or bleed effects.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now requires level 25 (was 34) and  [Light Parchment] (was  [Common Parchment]).
