This item was an objective of  [60D] Seal of Ascension.

Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): No longer required for entry to Upper Blackrock Spire with the removal of the quest line.
  
• Patch 2.2.0 (2007-09-25): the gems for the Seal of Ascension are now a 100% drop from Overlord Wyrmthalak, War Master Voone and Highlord Omokk.
