Fungal Spore Cluster can be purchased from Archmage Tarsis Kir-Moldir in Naxxramas for 3 
during the Season of Mastery. You must first turn in 
[Book of Deathstones: Fungal Spore Cluster] to purchase this item.
Notes
The Fungal Bloom effect inflicts 150 Nature damage every 1 sec while increasing the chance for a melee, ranged, or spell critical by 15%. The proc chance is approximately 10%.
