Friends In Places Yet Even Higher Than That is a feats of strength achievement earned for obtaining a 
[Cindermane Charger] through the Recruit-A-Friend program, prior to 11 June 2019.
Notes
Purchasing the mount through the Trading Post will not grant this achievement. However, it was obtained by some who bought the mount upon its launch in the Trading Post, before being hotfixed to no longer reward the achievement. Those who got it in this short timespan still hold the achievement.
