Since we all know now that the obsidian destroyers are actually tol'vir, it makes one wonder why they are actually called "obsidian". They can't be made of obsidian since the tol'vir were made out of stone. Is it just because of their appearance? Did the qiraji attach obsidian to them? --g0urra[T҂C] 21:31, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- Obsidian is a stone. Maybe the qiraji polished their slaves. ...Okay, the tol'vir look nothing like obsidian.--SWM2448 21:35, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- Maybe velkor just carved a tol'vir out of stone :P--Ashbear160 (talk) 22:13, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
- It is my understanding that the Obsidian destroyers were tol'vir from northrend. We've already seen iron dwarves in northrend, so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to say they were remade to prevent curse of the flesh. This does bring up the question of what happened to those that did they the curse of flesh. maybe the nerubian's killed them and enslaved the obsidian ones? --1201 (talk) 23:23, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
