Great job on the new site. I recently got an old sidebar extension working with Vector and Monobook skins if you are interested in reviving your previous nested sidebar menus from Monaco.

There is a complete description with code here.

And an example on a live site here with the associated system message pages here and here.

Note the different formatting too (links use regular wiki link formatting, which allow linking to page sections/files/etc).
