IMDB = Fake, unless there is proof elsewhere. If it is true then Blizzard likes Christie Golden too much... Arthas: Rise of the Lich King retconned Warcraft III, now this may retcon Arthas: Rise of the Lich King.--SWM2448 23:23, October 2, 2009 (UTC)

I wouldn't like it to be Arthas. It's too soon, it's the first movie. It would be like releasing the 3rd part of a trilogy before the 1st and the 2nd. Anyway, I too think there's something around, and while it could not be Arthas, it could be something else.

I don't trust IMDB. It's practically the same people who say Harlan Hogan was Thrall in Warcraft III (he wasn't, it was Chris Metzen), James Harper was Zeratul in StarCraft (he wasn't, it was the late Jack Ritschel - and Harper mentioned the confusion at BlizzCon after regaling people with his Arcturus Mengsk voice), and that Tony Jay narrates the opening cinematics for all the new characters (it's Earl Boen, since Tony Jay has been dead for three years by this point). Blizzplanet debunked their own rumor:

UPDATE (October 12, 2009)—The IMDB changed back the Warcraft film title to Warcraft and removed the Warcraft: The Rise of the Lich King entry we reported. Additionally, today MTV Movies Blog posted a interview with Sam Raimi who announced Saving Private Ryan writer Robert Rodat has joined the team to develop the script.

One of my local magazines too, and I suspect other 2 more are as well announcing the same.
