Investigating the Twin Val'kyr event of Trial of the Crusader revealed that the loot names are identical, but the stats differ, between Normal and Heroic. (Loot tables differ between 10-man and 25-man).

The naming scheme that springs to mind is "loot item (normal)" vs "loot item (heroic)". I dread, though, having to construct (eg) "loot item (normal 10-man 3 widgets)". I don't KNOW that hard modes, or raid sizes, with provide more "same name rewards", but I don't think we can rule it out, either.

Anyone have an alternate naming scheme running around in their head?

How about a useful way to reformat/combine the loot tables, so we don't gratuitously consume page space? Rather not have pages suffer TL;DR. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 19:08, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
