I attempted to add a mirror request to the patch mirrors discussion page but was denied. This was the content of my post:

Mirror Add Request

I have uploaded Rapidshare links for the Stage-3 3.3.x → 4.0.0 patch. These should work for both PC and Mac, as it is only patch data (without an updater):
