I noted a problem with Med'an's age and appearance. Since we know he is the son of Medivh and he died before the First War ended, that makes Med'an a young adult of about 20-30 years old. Now I know there is no clear timeline and calendar of events, but all the existing ones [[1]] seem to work around that. Thus Med'an must've been conceived and born at some point during the First War. But guess who else was conceived and born during the First War? Thrall. Doesn't anyone else see the inconsistency? Thrall is surely also 20-30 years old, yet more and more Blizzard makes him look and act like his 40, and Med'han looks like a teenager all throughout the comic when in reality they both should be if not the same age at least a few years apart. The First War started and ended around a period 3-6 years. What do people think?--Golph (talk) 00:12, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Draenei live longer, so they age slower.--SWM2448 00:41, December 9, 2009 (UTC)
Just to clarify, Thrall was born roughly around the end of the Second War because Blackmoore, already leading the internment camps, found him him when he was only an infant as detailed in Lord of the Clans.AhotahThunderhorn (talk) 03:53, December 9, 2009 (UTC)
What I've been able to put together - most of it from memory as I don't have my copy of LotC handy - is that Thrall officially became warchief at some point shortly before Warcraft III; according to the manual for that game, Thrall was 24. If following in the narrative told in that same manual, this would have been five years after his escape from Durnholde (the text in LotC is infuriatingly vague about the passage of time, except when it mentioned how long it had been since Blackmoore found him, and his advances in rank at the time). The timeline posted on WoW's website, however, is somewhat different - if Thrall was in fact born at the end of the Second War, he would have been no older than twelve when he escaped, while the lore seems to indicate that Thrall was at least in his late teens (19, according to the War3 manual) when he escaped from Durnholde. So much changes when it comes to lore and the passage of time, I don't even know what's up and what's down at this point. *chuckles* --Joshmaul (talk) 06:54, December 23, 2009 (UTC)
