Warrior macros

Hi im searching for macro which will change my stance from battle to barserker and then use intercept ability and then back to battle stance.. if there is any possible way to make this pls tell me..

or maybe just macro which will change my stance from battle to barserker and macro from barserker to battle stance will help my... cause i waste a lot of time while switching stances with mouse click..

and if u knwo any other usable macro for arms warrior tell me ;-)

Something like this should work for switching back and forth from battle to berserker:

/cast[stance:1]Berserker Stance

/cast[stance:3]Battle Stance
