{{Elinks-achievement}} uses an outbound link limiter, the other elinks templates appear not to. Is this a test of the limiter (and of people's acceptance of it)? Or is this an oversight in one direction or the other? --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 21:42, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

By my stars and garters, I cannot. On one page, one session (couple of times), I hit a link to an external link, and got a "you are leaving this web site, click here to continue" page. And not again. Seems the most likely difference, at the moment. But... I then checked links from other elink templates and they seemed fine. It'd take special gymnastics to be logged out then logged in like that. ... but as I said, the most likely scenario available to date.
