What is to be done about subzones that can be discovered (you get a message), but do not grant experience, and do not show up on the minimap? I have found several in Northrend, and at least one in Kalimdor. Are they glitches? Are they true subzones?--SWM2448 19:48, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
They include:
- Northwatch Expedition Base Camp Inn
- Dalaran City
- Dalaran Island (borderline, as it will appear on your screen and minimap)
- Sewer Exit Pipe (in Underbelly)
- Violet Citadel Balcony
- Band of Acceleration
- Band of Variance
- Falconwing Inn
- The entrances to several instances on all continents as "<full instance name> Entrance"
- If discoverable, but does not appear as an actual subzone (on the minimap), I'd say ignore it.. article/template wise. The only reason they added <instance> Entrance, for example, is for the dungeon finder. At least at the time they wanted you to discover the place before you can queue up for that place... which changed in 4.0.6 I believe, where cata instance don't matter anymore.
