I am experiencing random disconnects during play. I lose my connection to the internet entirely for a few minutes. This only happens when I am playing WoW - not when I am on any other site. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried removing all add-ons from my computer and I have called my internet provider and my computer tech support. The problem still exists. Also, I appear to be unable to upgrade mining with one of my alts. He is a Zen Master and is level 86. However, everything is gray on the smelting list and I can't advance.
