Hi! I am trying to reach more people for my research on online gaming. I hope I'm posting in the right place. I know this isn't technically "discussion" but it seemed like the best option. If you're interested in filling out my survey, the information is below. If not, thanks anyway and best of luck. It's anonymous and completely voluntary. I'd love to hear from you!
Participants Needed for Online Gaming Experience Survey: Have you ever tried playing an online role-playing game (like World of Warcraft)? If you have, you may be eligible to take part in a survey. We are interested in learning more about why some people enjoy online gaming and others do not. 1) If you are over the age of 18 and have tried an online role-playing game and not continued playing (because you did not enjoy it, or were bored by it, for example) you are eligible. 2) If you are over the age of 18 and have tried an online role-playing game and became a habitual player (you play more days than not, or you frequently play for more than 2 hours in a row) you are eligible. To complete a survey about your Internet use, personality, and mood, please click on the link below. The survey will take about 25 minutes. You responses will be anonymized and participation is voluntary.
