Formula: Enchant Shield - Lesser Parry is an extremely rare world drop Enchanting recipe. Due to few people playing at the 36-40 level, this recipe is not found very frequently. Dedicated collectors will pay large sums of gold for this recipe.
The most success in farming this was from the chests in Scarlet Monastery. Run in, loot the chests, run out and reset. The chances of it dropping were still very low, even then.
