Notes and trivia

• It uses the same mechanic as  [Milly's Fire Extinguisher], used in the Human starting quest  [1-10] Extinguishing Hope.
• Attempting to use this item while shapeshifted will trigger an error message that reads, "Requires opposable thumbs."
