Shadowlands concept art or Premium Statue concept art?

The BlizzCon art galley site is no longer available when clicking the link. I wanted to check if this image is stated to be Shadowlands concept art in the link as it looks exactly like the Warchief Thrall Premium Statue and could be art for it and not for Shadowlands, and it being Shadowlands art might be an reasonable assumption by uploader DeludedTroll. In the gallery it was labeled as having been made for Shadowlands. The most logical assumption is that Thrall was planned to get a redesign in Shadowlands and the statue was made based on that unused design.
