So this file along with one with the same name in the gamefiles except the other one has two periods: File:Spell shadow devouringplague..png. They both are technically the same except for the teeth and one is zoomed in a little bit while other is zoomed out. Here is the location for both files; they're next to each other if you're to browse the game files:
