I'm finding conflicting information about the the image itself. The original upload seems to be from Blizzard's official site, but it is only labeled "Blue Dragon" with no credit. Google image search brings up references to it being a frost wyrm. This upload credits it to Bernie Kang for a living Sindragosa. --Aquamonkeyeg (talk) 19:56, 23 January 2017 (UTC)

I've got both the artbook from the Wrath CE and an artbook specifically about the Wrath cinematic; I'll try to remember to check them when I get home from work. Yes, this image appears on page 74 of The Cinematic Art of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King (2009) as "Pre-undead Sindragosa painting."
