Summary
On early morning Thursday, October 16, 2014, after a realm restart, Eitrigg/Shu'halo's Eastern Kingdoms was glitched so there were no NPCs, mailboxes or Heroes Call Boards. I took this because it's not often the throne room is bare. (This was taken on my Alliance Warrior - with the lack of guards I went and took the throne with my Troll, unopposed.)
