Fated Power: Reconfiguration Emitter is one of the fated powers applied to a raid boss during a Fated Raid.

It creates a Reconfiguration Emitter which starts casting spells at all players, which inflicts Cosmic damage. Every five seconds, it gains increased damage, which stacks. It cannot be attacked until the first successful cast or an interrupt, which will inflict a smaller amount of Cosmic damage to all players.

Upon defeat, all players gain power based on the energy level of the emitter and increasing mastery by up to 10, critical strike and versatility by up to 10%, and avoidance by up to 9.
