Fated Consoles are found in the Shadowlands raids, and if active would mean the raid was currently a Fated raid and can be used to convert the raid to a standard raid.
As a celebration for the Xy'mox's Charity Cache event, started after the weekly reset on September 17, raid groups were able to opt-in for an extra Fated Power for each boss from these consoles.[1]
