- Use: Attempts to carve an Icemaw Bear Flank from a Dead Icemaw Bear in Hibernal Cavern.
The Everfrost Razor is provided as an objective for 
[25-30] Culling Jorcuttar.
Using this item on a Dead Icemaw Bear in the Hibernal Cavern will sometimes (but not always) result in gaining an 
[Icemaw Bear Flank]. The flank is then taken to an area of disturbed cave-bottom at the rear of the cave and placed among the shards and rocks. Jorcuttar appears, and (presumably) the adventurer slays it.
