[1-80] The Stormrider's Bond (Valdrakken) / [70-80] The Stormrider's Bond (Dornogal), available to those who purchased the Heroic Edition or Epic Edition of The War Within.
It can be upgraded to the Sparking Stormrider's Attire by completing the quest [1-80] A Sacred Connection / [70-80] A Sacred Connection.
