Enhanced Whirlwind is a warrior Draenor Perk, available as early as level 92, though it is not guaranteed to be acquired until level 98.

Notes

During the beta, this perk was called Improved Meat Cleaver. It went through two iterations under that name: "Meat Cleaver now grants 2 charges every time Whirlwind deal damage," then "Meat Cleaver can now stack 1 additional time." Enhanced Whirlwind is a combination of both versions of Improved Meat Cleaver, since Meat Cleaver's effect was baked into Fury's version of Whirlwind.
