Egan's blaster is a ranged weapon provided as an objective for  [60D] The Restless Souls, which takes place in Stratholme.

Notes

A great many old-school Druids, Paladins, and Shaman have fond memories of carrying this item in their ranged weapon slot indefinitely before the Relic system was introduced for those classes. At that time this was the only item that could be equipped in the ranged slot for those classes. This is a direct reference to the Proton Packs of the Ghostbusters movies, specifically Egon Spengler.
