Almost Blind Luck is a world event achievement for the Brewfest. This achievement is completed in the same manner as 
[Going Down?], except you need to be wearing the 
[Synthebrew Goggles].
Notes
- The
[Synthebrew Goggles XL] does not count. - Prior to patch 5.3.0, it was also possible to get this achievement by drinking alcohol until the player was completely smashed... hic!
Patch changes
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): Renamed from Drunken Stupor. Tooltip text was also altered to remove reference to being 'completely smashed' and include Synthebrew Goggles. 
Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): No longer a requirement for the meta-achievement 
[Brewmaster]. - Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
