  Envenom damage increased by 5% for each Bleed you have on the target.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2021-05-04): Fixed an issue that allowed Mutilated Flesh applied by Doomblade to be parried by enemies.
  
• Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09):
  • Doomblade now deals an additional 45% Bleed damage (was 30%).
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Doomblade's bleed effect to incorrectly be affected by Armor.
    
• Hotfix (2020-12-09): Resolved an issue that prevented Doomblade from working in Rated Battlegrounds and Arenas.
  
• Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Added.
