Before being offered the quest, players wake up with 1 HP on floatsam off of Shipwreck Shore. Doc Zapnozzle and Geargrinder Gizmo are there, too.

Doc Zapnozzle says: Gizmo, what are you doing just sitting there? Don't you recognize who that is laying next to you?!

Doc Zapnozzle says: That's <name>! <He/She>'s the only reason we're still breathing and not crispy fried critters back on Kezan.

Geargrinder Gizmo says: That's <name>?! Sorry, Doc, I thought <he/she> was dead!

Doc Zapnozzle says: Stay back, I'm going to resuscitate <him/her>! I hope these wet jumper cables don't kill us all!
